Changes in Manuscript Requirements

The Editorial Board of the electronic scientific professional edition"Information Technologies and Learning Tools" announce changes for Manuscript requirements. The new requirements are more concerned with the publishing preparation of the structural elements of the article. The policy of the journal "Information Technologies and Learning Tools" remains unchanged, in particular, the Editorial Board reserves the right to reject the manuscript in case it does not correspond to the scientific topics or requirements of the edition, violates the rules of the educationalresearch ethics and academic respectableness.
