Abstract

The article presents general scientific approach to typology of models in the theory of pedagogical modeling, main requirements, and their functional characteristics. Conceptual statements used by researchers in the process of pedagogical objects modeling are outlined. The author presents his model of distance education in the system of continuous training of primary school teachers on the basis of distance-learning education organization in higher educational establishments considering possibilities of its application in the system of continuous training of primary school teachers. Technological base of the model is presented on the web-site of the system of continuous training of primary school teachers, developed in the domain network of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University (http://sno.udpu.org.ua/).
