Abstract

Development of modern information infrastructure for research in the APS of Ukraine is a pressing problem in the information society and it’s transition to a knowledge society. The purpose of the article is to define the theoretical foundations based approach and methodology for creating an information system "Planning Research at the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine based on the Internet".
