Abstract

Today in Ukraine as in the whole world the global network Internet is becoming as an integral part of the modern man life. Internet contains great the potential of information and education but simultaneous contains some risks especial for children. Using the method of comparison the man actions in the real life with corresponding network actions the basic rules for children concerning the careless work in Internet are formulated.
