Abstract
The relevance of the material stated in article, is caused by urgent needs of society in creation of information systems, assistance to introduction of the newest information technology into the management processes by education. Creation of information system of scientific researches planning in Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine on the Internet basis (ІS "Planning") will provide an information and technological support of processes of planning of scientific researches which are being carried out in scientific institutions of Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, and will solve a problem of effective maintenance of their performance. Organizational bases of ІS " Planning" construction, considered in the article, define directions of designing of this system and the requirements to receiving and processing procedures of the documents of scientific researches planning.References
