Abstract

Urgency of the material presented in the article is stipulated by the pressing needs of the society to provide high quality of education and training of highly skilled specialists. The ways of forming future specialists’ self-actualization of engineer specialities by the studactive pedagogical technology are revealed. It is established that such process obtains a practically oriented character and it is realized with regard for correlation of inner intentions of a person and conditions in which he/she gets a speciality. The basic methods of a teacher to form a person’s self-actualization are exposed. The aspects of a technological process considered in the article define the directions of the further research of forming self-actualization of pupils and future specialists of any speciality.
