Abstract

The following article presents the approach of “transferring” of psy-techniques from the training format to the distance format. The techniques and project paradigm of development of the adults is used. The key motivation aspects influencing the efficiency of work with distance learning courses are highlighted. The “transferring” approach is examined on the example of a distance learning course “Success” and a corresponding training program for development of psychological competences of successfulness for the adults (the course author is Iunona Ilina).
