Abstract
The Internet-technology instruments for global education are presented by the example of customs discourse in the article. Different Internet-technology instruments are described: from traditional (e-mail, Internet conference, web) to special sectoral ones. The examples of some searching exercises forming informational and searching communicative skills, practical exercises for training procedures and Internet-communication technology are presented.
