Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of educational web resources in higher educational establishments. The general scientific and methodological approaches to the use of web-based virtual learning environment for language learning vocational guidance in higher educational institutions of Ukraine are considered The basic definitions for language learning in a virtual telecommunication learning are definied: constant filling module – gradual substitution of the real elements by the virtual environment; universal representation of the effect of projected expectations – the expected difference between the real and the proposed dynamics of qualitative indicators in all respects. It is presented the information model, the structure and efficiency of virtual learning programs.
