Issue Description

We are thrilled to announce the 100th issue of Information Technologies and Learning Tools! We work tirelessly to build trust with our readers and authors by maintaining the highest standards, constantly seeking new ways to improve our processes and expanding our publication topics. We are confident that we will continue to build on our reputation as the leading publication in Ukraine that covers the most recent research in the field of ICT implementation in education from around the world.

"Information Technologies and Learning Tools" is an international bimonthly peer-reviewed e-journal in educational sphere, published full-text articles online with immediate open-access.
The international electronic journal is an established pedagogical technically-based forum for publication and communication in the use of ICT in education and ICT pedagogical studies. The Editors welcome any papers on education, psychology, didactics, and methodology , as well as educational or training systems development using ICT in any educational domain: ICT in educational research, ICT in management of education, computer-based learning tools. Within the framework of scientific topics, the journal gives special value to the theoretical and methodical problems of e-learning, cloud technologies in education, e-learning management systems, distance learning, open learning environments, open systems for educational research, comparative studies for information and education innovations, ICT in education policy.
In 2023, according to Google Analytics, the number of users of "Information Technologies and Learning Tools" exceeded 29 thousand people. Over the past three years, the journal’s electronic resources have been viewed by about 85,000 users from 194 countries. Google Scholar: h-index 51, i10-index 492, and citation statistics 17,755. It is included in the Web of Science Core Collection - Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) and achieved a JCI of 0.45 in the Education & Educational Research category in 2022. In 2023, the journal received a Journal Impact Factor (JIF) = 0.8 in the same category. The scientific publication is included in 52 databases and catalogs.
