Abstract
The situation of school principals training for research work in the system of in-service teacher training, problems and reasons of their low-level preparation are considered in the article. The model of structural constituents of research skills forming process of school principals, the scale for the integrated estimation of readiness, criteria and method of levels evaluation are offered.References
