Abstract
The problem of evaluating the effectiveness of the information-analytical control system (IACS) creation and implementation in the University educational process is investigated. The main components of the creation and implementation of information-analytical control system (IACS) efficiency in the educational process of high school are defined, in particular pragmatic, technological, operational and educational. The conceptual apparatus on research issues is analyzed. Considering the modern approaches to design, create and use information systems in education, the basic efficiency criteria of the IACS creation and implementation in the University educational process which must meet the projected system are defined and described. For each of the identified criteria the selection principles of quantitative and qualitative indicators that measure the IACS creation and implementation efficiency in the University educational process are proposed and proved.References
