DESIGNING PROFESSIONALLY ORIENTED TRAINING COURSES FOR BORDER GUARDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SECTORAL QUALIFICATIONS FRAMEWORK BASED ON THE VIRTUAL AULA PLATFORM

The article reveals the peculiarities of designing a distance learning course on creating border guards’ training courses in accordance with the Sectoral Qualifications Framework (SQF) for border guards of the European Union (EU) countries training, developed by FRONTEX Agency (European Border and Coast Guard Organization). The article describes the virtual information learning platform Virtual Aula, which this course is based on. The features of this platform and the courses organized by FRONTEX have been highlighted. Particular attention is paid to the development of the structure and content of the training course “Methodology of designing border guard training courses using SQF”. The results of the experience analysis of designing a training course using SQF allowed us to conclude that the personnel of the Ukrainian border guard agency should participate in this course in order to modernise the professional training system of Ukrainian border guards.Downloads
