CLOUD PLATFORM OF THE MODERN UNIVERSITY AS THE PREREQUISITE OF TRANSITION TO THE INNOVATIVE MODEL OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article deals with the main principles of building the IT infrastructure of higher educational institutions of Ukraine based on the cloud platform as the ground for the formation of domestic intellectual capital and the prerequisite for the transition of the domestic economy to the innovative development model. The authors identify the main problems of using the cloud technologies in the system of higher education in Ukraine and options for their solution by implementing an innovative cloud-oriented platform for educational institutions. The implementation of the innovative cloud-based platform will allow the most part of the learning process to be transferred to the cloud environment, which corresponds to the latest trends in the development of innovation in the fields of education and economics. The development of its own training services and software products will stimulate the development of software, as a type of activity of technology parks, reinvesting income from development into higher education, and will also attract students to scientific research.
