Abstract
The Article covers some problems of the information and communications in the field of education. The author researches preconditions of occurrence, principles of organization and a way of development of the international information educational networks on an example of UNESCO and UNICEF, also their general characteristics and as analyzes process creations of information educational networks of Ukraine as a component of uniform educational information space.References
