Abstract
The article presents the researching results of the modern learning management systems and their functional capabilities in context of educational management problems. The author considers variants of the training process organization in various type educational institutions on the basis of access granting to the educational information. Aspects which should be provided in information systems with which help are developed e-learning environments are defined. The building principles flexible architecture of an appropriate functionals, which can be applied to improve in the already implemented and for design of new systems are offered.
