Abstract

Nowadays physical and mathematical subjects are particularly important in medical universities in connection with penetration of accurate knowledge in medicine and subjects which are connected with medicine. Insufficient amount of time allocated to the study of physical and mathematical subjects make independent work an important form of educational activity. Features of students’ independent work in studying of physical and mathematical sciences are considered. Author describes problems appeared during students' independent work and possible ways of their solutions. Prospects for further researches are seen in conducting of quantitative investigations which are connected with influence of different test tasks on students’ progress.
