Abstract
Presently there is reformation of the system of universal middle education. One of actual directions there is development of normative base of the controlled from distance studies. The purpose of the article is an analysis of the existent normative providing of the controlled from distance education and development of recommendations in relation to forming of projects of documents of «STATUTE ABOUT the CONTROLLED from distance STUDIES In SYSTEM of UNIVERSAL MIDDLE EDUCATION», and «TYPICAL STATUTE ABOUT RESOURCE CENTER of the CONTROLLED from distance FORMATION of SYSTEM of UNIVERSAL MIDDLE EDUCATION». The review of position of development of the controlled from distance studies is given in general educational establishments of Ukraine, problems and researches. Propoused structure and the substantive provisions of documents are discussed. The article has reference to complete text of the offered positions. Approbation of the offered documents is planned in subsequent, in the case of their acceptance.References
