Abstract
In the article it is analyzed the foreign and Ukrainian experience in the development of information and communication competence of secondary school teachers in postgraduate education. The main global trends to solving the problem simulation system development of information and communication competence teacher educational institution in postgraduate education are identified. A model of lifelong learning to build information and communication competence of teachers is proposed and explained. Some ways to solution the problem concerning the support for advanced training in information and communication competence of teachers are dedicated.
