Abstract

Disclosed basis for the creation and operation of "cloud computing" and their possible implementation in the educational activities of pedagogical universities using Moodle. We describe the advantages and disadvantages of "cloud computing" as an ideological and technological basis for the creation of educational resources. There are identified three areas of "cloud computing" implementation: application as a service, platform as a service, infrastructure as a service. Investigated, which formats (types) of resources supports Moodle. Identified ways to pay for the use of "сloud computing" and companies that provide a flexible choice in the field of computer resources.
