Abstract
The relevance of the study "Use of virtual means of overcoming the experience of loneliness in adolescent displaced persons" is due to an increase in the level of loneliness among young people, especially in the context of military aggression and mass internal movement in Ukraine. According to research, about 50% of adolescents in Ukraine experience a high or average level of loneliness, which has increased significantly as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and a full-scale invasion of Russia in 2022. Particularly vulnerable is migrant teenagers who have lost social ties, the usual environment and experience emotional isolation. The article analyzes scientific approaches to understanding the phenomenon of loneliness and outlines its two -way nature: as an internal psychological experience and as an external social alienation. Loneliness is considered as ambivalent, which contains both the risks of psychological maladaptation and the potential for the personal development of adolescents with proper support. The results of an empirical study have found that a high level of experience of loneliness in teenagers-migrants correlates with such characteristics as anxiety, frustration, rigidity, as well as the average level of aggression. Teens who have been forced to leave the usual circle of communication, more often demonstrate emotional instability and need new forms of support. In this context, virtual means-social networks, chatbots, mobile applications, and psychological support platforms are one of the effective adaptation tools. In particular, services such as Friendsbot or "Tell me" offer breathing exercises, grounding techniques, positive affirmations, which helps to reduce anxiety and self -regulation skills. However, it is emphasized that virtual means are not a complete alternative to live interpersonal communication and professional psychological assistance, but can be an additional resource for emotional support for adolescents during the crisis period.
