Abstract
This paper highlights the role of the university in developing the professional competence of future educators in the context of the digital transformation of society. It explores the influence of the educational environment on the development of postgraduate students' self-esteem, motivation, leadership skills, and independence. The necessity of creating favorable conditions for the personal and professional growth of learners is emphasized, particularly through a system of interconnected psychological and pedagogical activities such as training sessions, workshops, web-quests, and more.
Special attention is given to the development of postgraduate students' leadership qualities, which is a key factor in the successful implementation of innovative teaching methods and scientific research in the digitalized educational environment. The paper discusses the efforts of higher education institutions to foster methodological culture in future educators, including the cultivation of motivation, self-assessment, and leadership skills. The university provides favorable conditions that stimulate the personal activity of postgraduate students and promote effective interaction between them and the educational environment, shaping their capacity for critical thinking and scientific inquiry.
The educational environment should not only serve as a place for learning but also as a space for interaction aimed at developing leadership skills. Implementing innovative teaching methods in the context of digital transformation is essential, as it enables the creative use of modern technologies to foster professional independence, critical thinking, creativity, and self-development. It is demonstrated that the methodology and organization of postgraduate scientific work must be based on the correct selection of research methods and effective data collection tools that ensure the reliability of results. Creating a model of student-centered cooperation between instructors and postgraduate students is a key condition for the continued advancement of scientific research and the development of effective leadership qualities among learners.
