Abstract
The actual problem provided the project of the National Strategy of Education Development in Ukraine for 2012-2021 years, is the information provision of educational and scientific activities. The scientific establishment process workflow is an important element of management, so computerization of these processes and the introduction of electronic document management contribute to its effectiveness. The article describes the features of paper documents in comparison with the electronic document, presented general characteristics of electronic document management systems, electronic document management features are defined in the scientific establishment. Developed a formal description of the device details of documents on which the information data model is based electronic document management system in a scientific institution.References
