Abstract
The relevance of the material stated in the paper is caused by objective needs of design contemporary electronic teaching aids and their application into practice of higher school on the one hand, and by the presence of considerable pedagogic and technological problems as for quality projecting of such aids and their reasonable use in the process of students’ training. The aim of the paper is to cover results of scientific-practical work held by the authors in the areas of investigation role and place of an electronic textbook in the system of teaching aids; of development didactic base of electronic textbook design on the basis of its didactic functions analysis; of specifying ways of provision effectiveness of the students’ training with application of an electronic textbook. Perspective tasks of development of the theory of electronic textbook for higher school are determined.References
