Abstract
The article analyzes the social and psychological aspects of implementation of the Digital library of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine (NAPS of Ukraine), and the process of social and psychological adaptation of the scientists to the acceptation of innovations. The importance of consideration of the mentioned aspects for the successful operation of an electronic library is underlined. The psychological barriers for implementation of scientific electronic library of NAPS of Ukraine are identified. The recommendations for reducing the influence of social and psychological aspects in the implementation of scientific digital libraries in research institutions of NAPS of Ukraine are formulated.
