Abstract

The article deals with the peculiarities of students’ information and communication competencies formation by means of ICT. The forms and methods of such technologies as Web 2.0, social services, wiki-wiki etc. are underlined. The article deals with IT-competencies categories and shows its integrative character. The possibilities of common education process participation and the use of texts, data bases, information, and understanding of the possibilities and risks of Internet use are described in the article.
