Abstract

This article highlights the propaedeutic of ICT basics learning in preschool and early school years. It reveals the principles, conceptual frameworks, mechanisms of continuous propaedeutic of learning of ICT basics. It investigates the processes and characteristics of the use and application of ICT in the educational process of children of preschool age. The factors that influence the effectiveness of training and safe use of computer technology that essential to health preservation of preschool children are identified. Methodological advice and psychological and pedagogical requirements for the educational environment, providing psychological comfort of a child being essential for propaedeutic of ICT learning are outlined.
