Abstract
On the basis of analysis of the legislation of Ukraine and the psychological and educational research literature it is shown that the use of information technologies in education is the leading approaches of activities. It is shown the main possibilities of E-olimp using by different types of users: regular user, group leader, as well as presented some possibilities for administrators and moderators of the site. Indicated an appropriate use of the Internet portal while teaching programming, as well as classroom and extracurricular modular examinations, tests and practical part of the exam.References
