Abstract

The article describes the components of the information culture of the future bachelors of philology: motivational-evaluative, cognitive, professional-technological, evaluative-effective. It is characterized the cognitive component of information culture, described experimental study of formation of the cognitive component of the information culture bachelors of philology. The study has found out that the levels of formed information culture by semantic criteria of the students of the experimental and control groups are differed greatly: the students of the experimental groups defined high and adequate levels, while students of control groups demonstrated adequate and the average levels of knowledge.
