Abstract

Organization of independent work of students becomes the key issue of pedagogy, psychology and methodology. That is why, there is a need for fundamental restructuring and improve the educational process in higher education. The paper analyzes several approaches regarding the place and role of independent work in the educational process. It is shown the organization of independent work of students in the learning process of the course "Computer Mathematics" at the pedagogical university. Also it is shown that the independent work of students in the learning process of computer mathematics, can effectively improve all components of training of future computer science teachers.
