Abstract

The main scientific-practical problems of electronic pedagogics are described as well as the tools of systems of the open education, which ones are directed on to the solve of these problems, promote improvement of the quality and dilating of information resource space volumes content, to improvement of access to the scientific and educational items of information to the broad audience of the users, to increase of efficiency of designing and application computer oriented systems of educational assigning.
