Abstract

The article analyzes the features of oriental languages and accordingly the difficulties faced by the orientalist teacher in the learning process. The benefits of using digital applications in the process of teaching future oriental philologists are theoretically grounded and presented. It has been proven that the use of such applications, including applications for making tests, surveys and graphic reproduction of information, together with the involvement of traditional teaching methods, accelerates the assimilation of theoretical material and increases the students’ motivation to master the academic discipline. The effectiveness of using visualized information in the process of training future oriental philologists is also emphasized. Digital applications used in the field of foreign language studies are divided into 2 groups: 1) applications that provide information and 2) applications that promote formation of information. The first group includes such digital applications as: "Trainchinese", "Pleco", "Nciku", "Bkrs" dictionaries; "Google translate", "Bkrs" translators; "Open library", "Europiana" electronic libraries; “Drops”, “Hello Chinese” applications for learning foreign languages and specific units, belonging to complex educational programs. The second group included such digital applications with which you can develop materials for various surveys, questionnaires, conduct intermediate knowledge control using tests and questions in open online access such as “Kahoot”, “Plickers” and “Quizizz”. It has been experimentally verified and proved that digital applications can be used at all stages of language training of future orientalist philologists, and also help in the process of monitoring the intermediate control of students' knowledge. At the same time, it was noted that digital applications can be used in the educational process in most disciplines, such as: “Practical Oriental Language Course”, “Information Support of Philological Studies in Oriental Studies”, “Methods of Teaching Oriental Languages” and others. The use of information technologies in the process of teaching future oriental philologists is the integral part of educational process that meets the todays students requirements.
