Abstract

In a modern knowledge society acquires special relevance competency approach to education. The article is devoted to the creation and accumulation in Ukraine competency framework and objectives of the monitoring study to determine the level of formation of the graduates of secondary schools skills to use information and communication technologies in practice (the order of MES of Ukraine from 23.02.2010 № 139). Describes the functionality based on cloud computing teaching environment for the organization and conduct testing of students in online and competency base of the tasks and conducted monitoring tools, are examples of subject competency tasks.
