Abstract

In the article characterized the Swedish experience оf collaborative approach to postgraduate teachers education at the secondary schools, which is to establish partnership agreements teachers interaction with students in the collective project activities. It was found that the main components of ICT competence Swedish teacher is motivational, technological, and educational reflexive. It is shown that the efforts of Swedish educational managers focused on the practical mastery of teachers and students of ICT competence in the realities of the natural learning process, which is at the same time, research and pragmatically-oriented nature.
