Abstract
The article examined the factors that influence the development of creative abilities of primary school pupils in conditions of reforming the education and implementation of information and communication technologies into educational process. Rules of pedagogical dialogue, feature of modern means of information technologies, in particular computer games, which in a case of pedagogical reasonable use, can promote development of creative potential of the person are defined.References
