Stopped accepting articles in Russian

We inform you that in accordance with the Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language", scientific editions of Ukraine are published in the state language, in English and / or other official languages of the European Union. The journal "Information Technologies and Learning Tools" has stopped accepting articles in Russian for reviewing. Manuscripts in Ukrainian and English are accepted.

Changes in Manuscript Requirements

The Editorial Board of the electronic scientific professional edition"Information Technologies and Learning Tools" announce changes for Manuscript requirements. The new requirements are more concerned with the publishing preparation of the structural elements of the article. The relevant information is available on the website of the journalin"Author Guidelines" section.

The policy of the journal "Information Technologies and Learning Tools" remains unchanged, in particular, the Editorial Board reserves the right to reject the manuscript in case it does not correspond to the scientific topics or requirements of the edition, violates the rules of the educationalresearch ethics and academic respectableness.
