Abstract

The article deals with the problem of electronic libraries creation and their interaction with the scientific and educational institutions. The review of global world projects on creation of electronic libraries is given. Basic tasks and aims of these projects are described there. Measures which offer the electronic libraries of the world for collaboration with scientific and educational establishments are analysed in. The basic world tendencies of the use of electronic libraries are selected in scientific and different educational establishments. The forms of using of electronic library and other partner organizations for educational establishments of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine are offered.
