Abstract
A necessity of specific educational environment forming, so-called computer oriented educational environment, in every educational establishment is examined. In the article the determination of substantial signs of this environment and maintenance of researches which aim to select the processes of the computer oriented educational environment forming in colleges is expounded. The special attention is spared to marketabilities of principles of the personality oriented education, to differentiation of educational process for as possible more complete development of inclinations and capabilities, satisfaction of queries and necessities, opening of creative potential.References
